1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

- You are responsible for account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it current.
2. Permitted Use
- Use the Service only for lawful restaurant operations and customer support.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
- Do not use the Service to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
3. AI and Operational Outputs
DineAgent provides AI-generated responses and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing business-critical outputs, including pricing, allergy communication, order totals, and policy statements.
4. Third-Party Services
Features may rely on third-party providers (for example telephony, SMS, payment, and AI providers). Availability and behavior can depend on those providers and their terms.
5. Fees and Billing
Paid features are billed according to your plan and usage. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring and usage-based fees, taxes, and related charges.
6. Data and Privacy
Our use of personal and business data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You are responsible for obtaining legally required notices and consents for call handling and messaging.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, legal requirements, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DineAgent disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
